Prepare the ingredients for the soup. Peel the potatoes, onion, carrots, and garlic. Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and greens.

Pour about 2 liters of water into a pot and place over heat. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and add them to the pot; let them boil.

Grate the carrot on a coarse or medium grater, chop the onion into small cubes. Sauté the onion and carrot in a pan with oil until the carrot becomes soft.

Slice the mushrooms as you like - into slices or cubes.

Mince the garlic using a garlic press.

The potatoes are almost ready, add the sautéed onions and carrots, along with the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes.
