Description
There are many ways to prepare this soup; I suggest trying gazpacho with white beans. They hardly affect the flavor, but the dish becomes more filling and the consistency thicker. In detail, ladle into bowls and serve.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash the vegetables and cut them into large slices.

Blend all ingredients except the herbs in a blender until smooth. Taste the mixture; it should satisfy you in terms of saltiness.
