
Salmon poke with mango and avocado
Description
Bright and aromatic poke immediately catches the eye. Despite the numerous ingredients, it's very quick and easy to prepare. You can even customize the ingredients to your taste. Before serving, poke is drizzled with the prepared sauce.

Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Buy sliced lightly salted salmon or cure it at home.

Rinse the rice several times in water and pour it into a saucepan, skillet, or pot. Add hot water, sprinkle in salt, and cook the rice for about 10 minutes. Then cover the container with a lid and let the rice steam for another 10 minutes.

Slightly cool the rice and place it in a round container. Remove the seeds from the sweet bell pepper and cut it into strips. Place it on a small portion of the rice in the container. Add the lightly salted salmon slices to the same container. Rinse the spinach, trim the stems, cut the leaves into strips, and add them to the container.

Cut the mango fruit in half, peel the skin off the half of the fruit, slice the flesh into pieces. Place it on top of the rice. Do exactly the same with the avocado.

Carefully slice the washed chili pepper and place the slices between all the other ingredients. Lightly toast sesame seeds in a skillet and sprinkle them over the dish. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, lemon juice, and vegetable oil. Serve the poke warm with the sauce on the side.
