
Pork Soup
Description
A hearty first course. The soup prepared according to this recipe is perfect both as a first course and as a main dish. A large number of ingredients are used in making this soup.

1. Let's start preparing the meat. Pork works very well here. The soup will turn out especially tasty with ham or shoulder. Cut the meat into small pieces.

2. Prepare the sauce: add lemon juice, mustard, and spices to the sour cream. Mix well. Pour in some wine (dry white) and mix again.

3. Lightly sauté the meat in vegetable oil, making sure the pieces are evenly browned. Use high heat and stir constantly.

4. Add a little water and sour cream sauce to the meat, then reduce the heat. Simmer for about thirty minutes with the lid closed. Add the green peas almost at the end.

5. After about ten minutes, add salt and herbs, mix and simmer for another five minutes with the lid closed.

6. Place the soup in a warm spot to steep for about twenty minutes. The dish is ready.
