Description
The soup is easy and quick to prepare. You can use absolutely any fish for this soup. Crabs can be easily replaced with imitation crab. The soup turns out rich and delicious. The soup is ready to serve.

1. Boil the fish for about 20 minutes after boiling, over low heat.

2. Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrot on a grater.

3. Strain the fish broth and return it to the heat.

4. Remove the fish from the bones and return it to the soup.

5. Cut the crab into pieces and add to the soup. I use imitation crab meat, and the soup turns out very delicious too!
