Layered liver salad
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use any liver: chicken, turkey, beef, or pork. Personally, I prefer turkey or chicken liver. The liver can be boiled or fried, then sliced into pieces. The salad is simple but delicious. Make it just for fun or for a holiday. Serve at the table.
