
Vegetable salad with pollock caviar
Description

Prepare the listed ingredients. Open the cans and rinse the vegetables in water.

Cut off the ends of the cucumbers and slice them in half lengthwise. Cut into half-moons and place in a deep container: a salad bowl or a bowl.

Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the green cores. If using cherry tomatoes, you don't need to remove the cores. Slice the tomatoes directly into the container.

Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seed cores. Rinse thoroughly inside and out, then slice into strips.
