
Vegetable salad with white beans
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This dish can be called a salad, a side dish, or even a main course. It's very quick to prepare if you have canned white beans on hand. Broccoli leaves are dietary, as are all the other ingredients—suitable for fasting. Therefore, this dish can be confidently prepared during Lent or if you follow a healthy diet and don't eat meat. Serve at the table.

1. First, you need to prepare the broccoli florets: wash them thoroughly and cut into pieces. Adjust the size according to your preference.

2. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Boil exactly for 1 minute, then immediately drain the hot water and pour cold water over it. Then quickly drain the water again and transfer the greens to a colander.

3. Now prepare the sauce: slice the lemon into wedges. Fry them on both sides in olive oil until golden brown. Then remove the lemon, and we'll continue cooking in the resulting sauce.

4. Add canned beans, garlic, spices (be sure to include red pepper), and salt to taste. Sauté for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
