
Georgian-style vegetable salad with nuts

A simple dish to prepare. In Georgia, mayonnaise-based salads are not very popular; instead, people prefer plenty of fresh herbs, vegetable oil, and nuts. This salad is not only delicious but also healthy, vitamin-rich, and flavorful. 1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, peel them (if the cucumbers are young and sweet, leave the skin on), slice the vegetable into thin rounds, and arrange on a plate.

2. I wash the tomatoes and slice them into thin rings, then place them on top of the cucumbers.

3. Peel and wash the onion, then slice it thinly into half-rings and add to the tomatoes and cucumbers.

4. I wash all the greens and dry them with paper towels, chop the greens, and place them on top of the onion.

5. I peel the nuts, wash the pepper, remove the seeds, slice the vegetable into rings, and peel the garlic. I put the prepared ingredients into the blender and grind them.

6. Put the resulting mixture into a separate bowl, add wine vinegar, mix, then pour in several spoons of regular water to achieve a consistency similar to that of liquid sour cream.

7. Transfer all the vegetables to a deep bowl for easy mixing, and pour the prepared nut dressing over them.
