
Vegetable chicken soup
Description
A hearty first course. This soup is perfect for both children and adults. It requires homemade noodles or lagman-type noodles. However, it also turns out great with thin "spider web" noodles. Fresh peppers can be replaced with frozen ones, and chicken breast can be substituted with any other chicken part. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Bring water to a boil, add salt, and cook the sliced chicken breast in it for 10 minutes.

Remove seeds from the pepper and cut it into strips. Sauté grated carrots and chopped onions in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Add pepper, corn, and sautéed vegetables to the chicken and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the noodles and cook for another 10 minutes, or until the noodles are done.
