
Octopus in soy sauce

Clean the octopus, wash it, place in a pot, cover with cold water, and put on the stove to cook. As soon as it boils, let it simmer for one minute, then turn off the heat and leave it in the water until cooled.

After this, rinse the seafood and remove any remaining skin. Then leave it in a colander to drain the water.

Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings. Wash the carrot, peel and grate it. Fry the onion in oil in a pan, adding sesame seeds when the onion becomes translucent. Then add the carrot and simmer for a little longer.

Cut the cooked octopus into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add minced garlic, pepper, soy sauce, and finally the sautéed mixture. Mix everything well.
