Traditional Olivier salad is made with boiled sausage, but today I suggest preparing a "Stolichny" Olivier salad using poached chicken breast. The salad requires only the simplest ingredients, easily found at any nearby store. Many people love this salad because it's quick and simple to make. And indeed, it really is. Just boil all the ingredients, chop them, mix together, and dress. With minimal effort, you'll get an incredibly tasty, hearty, and tender salad that will add variety to your family dinner or holiday table. Serve chilled.
