with mussels
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Use all the vegetables you'd take for a traditional "Olivier" salad—carrots, potatoes, cucumbers. For dressing, you can use either mayonnaise or sour cream. Add fresh cucumbers along with the pickled ones, and a bit of green onion when serving will bring freshness and brightness. I really liked this recipe, so I recommend it to you too. Serve it at the table.
