Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Today I'll tell you. Can serve immediately.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
Place the chicken breast in a saucepan and boil for 20–30 minutes. Boil the eggs hard. Cook the potatoes and carrots until done. Peel the cooked vegetables.

Step 2
Dice the pickles, eggs, potatoes, carrots, and chicken breast, and place them in a bowl. Finely chop the herbs and add them to the salad. Take the peas out of the can and add them to the bowl as well.

Step 3
Peel the onion and finely chop it. If the onion is not pungent, you can add it directly to the salad. However, if you don't like a strong onion flavor, marinate it in a mixture of vinegar and water for about 15 minutes, then add it to the salad.

Step 4
When all the chopped ingredients are in the bowl, you can add mayonnaise. Taste the salad, since the pickled cucumbers already add some saltiness, so season with salt only if needed. Serve chilled.
