Description
The recipe won't take much time. I'm sharing my favorite version of Olivier salad with boiled chicken. No matter how high-quality boiled sausage is, natural meat is better. Otherwise, the recipe is quite traditional, except without green peas. My "Olivier" is dressed with mayonnaise mixed with sour cream. Serve at the table.

Prepare the ingredients for making the salad.
