Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. For "Winter" okroshka, you'll need frozen cucumbers, which many home cooks often keep in their freezer. This makes a flavorful okroshka that's just as good as the summer version. The cucumbers have a pleasant aroma and are very tasty.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Boil the chicken fillet in salted water for 20-25 minutes. Then cool and cut into cubes for okroshka.

Boil the potatoes, cool, peel, and cut into medium cubes.
