Okroshka in bread
Description
Perfect for lunch. Okroshka is always served cold, so chill the vegetables and kvass in advance. It's even better to boil the potatoes and egg ahead of time, so you can serve the okroshka immediately. If you didn't have time to chill everything beforehand, prepare the okroshka and put it in the refrigerator, then add the kvass before serving and present it in a soup plate. Good luck! The soup is ready to serve.
