Description

Hearty and aromatic soup. You can use either pork or beef tongue. Boil the tongue in advance in boiling water and let it cool. For the broth base, you can use ready-made broth, mineral water, kvass, buttermilk, etc.—it all depends on your taste preferences. This dish turns out filling and very delicious! You can confidently prepare this tongue okroshka not only for a family dinner but also for any festive occasion. Keep this recipe in mind. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
