Okroshka with kvass and kefir
Description
As a base, you can use sour cream, mayonnaise, kvass, kefir, or water. You can also combine several dressings at once, as, for example, in this case. Thanks to its slightly tangy flavor, okroshka refreshes on a hot day and makes an excellent first course.
