Description
A real savior on hot spring and summer days — okroshka! To prepare it, simply boil a few ingredients in advance and chop them up. You can season the dish with kvass, kefir, sour mineral water with gas, etc. The main thing is not to forget the fresh herbs. Serve with herbs and sour cream.

Prepare the listed ingredients. Boil the potatoes, chicken egg, and pork separately in different containers until fully cooked. If desired, you can replace the boiled pork with bologna or sausages.

Thoroughly rinse the fresh cucumber and radish in water, trim the ends from both sides of the vegetables, and slice them into half-rings or small cubes. Place the chopped vegetables into a deep container.
