Chicken okroshka on kefir
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Light, cool, filling, tasty, and healthy okroshka is very easy to prepare and requires no special culinary skills. If you wish to reduce preparation time, you can replace chicken with sausage and use pre-cooked potatoes. By the way, kefir can be substituted with buttermilk; sometimes I also add radishes. Give it a try. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
