
Shrimp okroshka
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Use all the vegetables you would for a regular okroshka. You can dress this okroshka with any dairy product—light kefir or ayran work deliciously. Don't skimp on the herbs; the more you add, the tastier it will be. Sear the shrimp separately with spices and add them to the okroshka right before serving. The soup is ready to serve.

Prepare the ingredients. Boil the potatoes and egg in advance.
