
Okroshka with crab sticks
Description
A hearty first course. Okroshka is a cold soup. It can be prepared on kvass, kefir, buttermilk, or mineral water, with the addition of chicken, shrimp, or crab sticks. Other components of okroshka are various vegetables—potatoes, cucumbers, radishes. Sometimes meat, fish, and mushrooms are added. The dressing includes sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, and fresh herbs. Okroshka is quite simple and quick to prepare. Just 30 minutes and a delicious meal for the whole family is ready.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Boil the eggs and potatoes in advance until cooked.

Peel the eggs, chop finely, and place in a deep container.

Add the sliced potatoes.

Wash the cucumber and radish thoroughly under running water, dry with a paper towel, cut into small pieces, and add to the plate.
