Okroshka with sausage on beer

Description
The soup is easy and quick to prepare. You can boil potatoes (2-3 pieces), chop them, and add directly into the okroshka, or boil more and serve them warm on the side. The boiled potatoes can be sprinkled with chopped herbs. A perfect combination of hot and cold! Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
