Okrashka on tane
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. Okroshka made with tan is not the most popular dish at our family table, but I always make it at least once or twice each season. Okroshka made with tan turns out more sour than that made with kvass, since tan itself is a fairly sour dairy product. It is very important to use non-carbonated tan—otherwise, it just won't work. This tan-based okroshka is a real savior during summer heat. I wish you happy cooking and delicious eating! :) Serve portioned into bowls and enjoy.
