Description

A hearty first course. The whey should be fresh and chilled. Instead of boiled sausage, you can use sausages or boiled lean meat. It's best to boil the potatoes the day before, so they won't stick together when sliced. If the cucumbers have a tough peel, it can be peeled off. The soup is ready to serve.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making okroshka with buttermilk and sour cream with sausage. Boil the vegetables until cooked and let them cool. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
