Beer-based okroshka

Description

A hearty and aromatic soup. This summer beer soup is especially popular with men—it's a kind of two-in-one: beer with a snack. I usually use light lager beer and recommend fresh "live" beer as well. The taste of this okroshka is practically the same as the traditional version; the only difference is the aftertaste left by your favorite beer. To prepare beer okroshka, you'll need a couple of fresh cucumbers, radishes, a bunch of fresh onions, meat—preferably boiled beef, eggs, and, of course, beer. I'll explain in detail. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
