The recipe won't take much time. Matzoni is a fermented milk product that resembles yogurt, kefir, and sour milk at the same time. Matzoni is perfect for cold soup (okroshka). Sausage can be replaced with meat. Serve the soup chilled, accompanied by fresh herbs and sour cream.
