Kefir and sour cream okroshka

Description

The recipe won't take much time. This juicy dish will be perfect for lunch on a hot day when you want to refresh yourself. You can replace the turkey meat with sausages or other types of boiled meat according to your taste. Serve with herbs and sour cream.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. Boil the chicken eggs, turkey meat, and potatoes in advance and let them cool.

    Peel the boiled potatoes, rinse them in water, and cut into small cubes. Place the diced potatoes into a deep container.

    Rinse the cucumber in water, trim the ends from both sides of the vegetable, and cut into cubes the same size as the potatoes. Add to the container.

    Slice boiled turkey, chicken, beef, or sausage products. Add to the container.
