Cucumber pieces in their own juice
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Cucumbers are growing in the garden, so everything's fine. I usually harvest my homegrown cucumbers by the end of May. Bright, green, with a thin bumpy skin—simply delightful. I really love cucumber salads. So let me tell you about one. Serve it at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the fresh cucumbers thoroughly and dry them. Cut off the ends of the cucumbers. Cut each cucumber in half and slice into half-rings.
- 2
Step 2

Transfer the sliced cucumbers to a salad bowl or a regular bowl. Lightly salt them. The cucumbers will immediately start releasing juice. Finely chop the green onions and add them to the cucumbers.

Step 3

Fresh parsley should be washed and dried. Remove the leaves from the stems and chop them finely. It is better not to use thick stems for the salad.

Step 4

Season the salad with pepper and check for salt. Add salt if necessary. Transfer the salad to a plate.

Step 5

Serve our fresh cucumber salad in its own juice at the table.
