Very filling salad
Description
Ham salads are always filling, and even more so when you add mushrooms and eggs. Sometimes I sprinkle them with grated cheese before serving, but that's optional and a matter of personal preference. Adjust ingredient quantities to your taste: if you prefer more meat, add extra ham; for a lighter version, increase the amount of eggs and cucumber.
Instructions

Step 1
1. Just five simple ingredients—and you can prepare a hearty and delicious salad for lunch or a festive table. You can use fresh mushrooms, frying them until cooked, or you can use marinated ones (as in this recipe).

Step 2
2. Put the eggs on to boil, and in the meantime start cutting up the ingredients. Chop the ham right away. Choose any cutting method you prefer. This time I decided to cut it into cubes.

Step 3
3. Rinse the mushrooms to remove the brine and chop them finely as well.

Step 4
4. By this time, the eggs will already be ready. Place them in cold water for 10 minutes, then peel and chop them into cubes as well.

Step 5
5. Cut the fresh cucumber last. Try to choose "dry" varieties, as watery cucumbers will quickly release juice and change the salad's consistency.

Step 6
6. Dress the salad with mayonnaise and serve immediately.
