New Year's salad in tartlets

Description
A simple dish to prepare. To prevent the tartlets from getting soggy quickly, place the finished salad onto spinach or lettuce leaves right before serving at the festive table. Wishing you pleasant time in the kitchen. Serve chilled.

Step 1
Boil the eggs hard, cool them, peel. Wash the herbs, dry them.

Cut the crab meat into cubes the size of corn kernels. Combine all ingredients and dress the salad with mayonnaise.

Before serving, place a spinach or lettuce leaf in the bottom of each tartlet shell, then spoon in the salad.
