Authentic shurpa
Description
Perfect for lunch. You can prepare authentic shurpa at home, right in your kitchen, using a kazan or a heavy-bottomed pot. Instead of lamb, you can use any meat or poultry. The main difference from other soups is that vegetables are added to shurpa cut into large pieces, and potatoes are added whole. Add bell pepper together with the potatoes. Authentic shurpa warms you up, helps patients recover, and of course, it's a hearty dish. Good luck! Serve in bowls and enjoy.
