Description
A simple dish to prepare. The wonderful filling of cod liver and cheese for tartlets will do the trick—your guests will remember your treats for a long time! Light and delicate, these tartlets can easily become your favorites, especially since this version is served chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Boil the eggs hard, then let them cool. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the whites on a fine grater. They will be used for the filling.
- 2
Step 2

We finely chop the yolks. We will use them a bit later to decorate the finished appetizer.
- 3
Step 3

Now take a piece of hard cheese. Grate it finely on a grater.
- 4
Step 4

Take the cod liver out of the can and mash it with a fork.
- 5
Step 5

Place all the ingredients from the previous steps (except the yolk) into a convenient deep salad bowl, and add mayonnaise.
- 6
Step 6

Mix everything until a thick, fairly homogeneous mass is obtained.
- 7
Step 7

Slice the green onions into thin strips. We'll need them at the very end, but it's better to prepare them in advance.
- 8
Step 8

Since everything is already prepared, we can proceed to filling the tartlets. Fill each tartlet with the filling, using a teaspoon to shape it into a small mound.
- 9
Step 9

Sprinkle the resulting preparations with yolk. There's just one final touch left — and then the appetizer can be served.
- 10
Step 10

Place our tartlets on a plate and sprinkle them with green onion feathers.
- 11
Step 11

That's it, the appetizer for the festive table is ready.
