Meat soup with lentils baked in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This meat soup with lentils and vegetables is cooked in the oven. At the end of cooking, add one chicken egg or two quail eggs. This simple soup can be prepared not only in the oven, but also on the stovetop in a pot. You can use any meat for the soup—according to your taste. I used orange lentils, but any variety will work well for this soup. My pot's capacity is 500 ml. Try making this delicious first course—it's really tasty.
