Meat puree soup
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. If you'd like a more meaty flavor, you can add some extra ham. But I think the bacon already gives this soup a rich taste and aroma. The final consistency will be quite thick; you can adjust it with broth or water. By the way, I only blend the soup slightly, leaving small pieces of bacon and vegetables. However, you can puree it completely if you prefer. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
