Meat salad
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. You can adjust the spiciness to your taste if you're not a fan of hot food. In this version, I used pork, but you can substitute it with beef or, as a last resort, chicken. I marinated the meat in soy sauce before frying, giving the salad a more interesting and savory flavor. I don't add too many vegetables, so the salad turns out very filling. The salad is ready to serve.
