
Meat broth in a multicooker
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. For the broth, use meaty bones. Place all the bones with vegetables, add spices, and cook for at least 2 hours. The multicooker will do everything on its own. You just need to serve the hot broth. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.

Prepare the ingredients for the broth. Wash the meaty bones thoroughly. For the broth, the ribs should not be trimmed too much, so that there's meat on them.

Check to make sure there are no small bones that could end up in the broth during cooking.

Peel the vegetables and parsley root.

Chop the onion and carrot coarsely. This is necessary so that, if desired, they can easily be removed from the broth.
