Meat solyanka in a multicooker

Description

Perfect for lunch. Making meat solyanka in a multicooker is not much easier than cooking it on the stovetop, but it might be a bit faster. Still, it's a great option for a summer cottage. I take my multicooker with me for the entire cottage season. Even when we drive to seaside cottages in remote locations, we bring the multicooker along. That's why I strongly advocate for widespread use of this wonderful appliance. Meat solyanka turns out delicious and rich when made in a multicooker. Give it a try. Good luck! Serve in bowls and enjoy.
