Korean-style carrots at home
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. I prepare Korean-style carrots very often. No festive table is complete without it, and during weekdays it's a great accompaniment to any dish. The carrots are prepared very quickly: grated on a special grater, mixed with spices, vinegar, and oil, and after a few hours they're ready to serve. Here's a classic recipe. You can serve it immediately.

Add Korean carrot seasoning. You will need 1-2 tablespoons, depending on your taste preferences.

Step 4

Squeeze 3 cloves of garlic.

Step 5

Mix sunflower oil and vinegar in a small saucepan, bring to a boil, and pour over the carrots. Thoroughly mix the resulting salad and place it in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours. After this time, the Korean-style carrots are ready to serve. It will be an excellent accompaniment to any dish.
