Description
Milk soup with buckwheat can be served to young children. Buckwheat is easily digested by a child's stomach and is rich in vitamins, iodine, iron, and calcium. When combined with milk, buckwheat helps stimulate a child's growth and development. If desired, you can make the soup more colorful by adding some frozen corn and sliced carrots. Preparation: Sort and rinse the buckwheat. Place it in a saucepan, add water, and cook until half-done—this will take about 10–25 minutes. Add milk to the saucepan with the buckwheat and continue cooking for another 10–15 minutes. Add sugar, butter, and salt to taste. Stir well and serve immediately. Pour into bowls and serve.
