Milk soup with homemade noodles
Description
Hearty and aromatic soup. It's best to make noodles for milk soup from hard wheat flour, as they won't fall apart but will remain whole and firm. However, if you use regular flour, it's better to lightly toast it beforehand in a dry skillet. Pour into bowls and serve.
