Hearty and aromatic soup. Although this soup recipe was invented by Italians, once you try it, serve it in bowls and enjoy.

    First, we pour 1.5 liters of water into a pot and add the rinsed chicken fillet. Place the pot over heat, add salt to the water, and cook the fillet for 15 minutes after it starts boiling.

    After the time has elapsed, remove the chicken fillet, wait for it to cool slightly, then cut it into small pieces. Strain the broth, pour it back into the saucepan, and return the chopped fillet to the broth.

    Next, we clean and wash the vegetables. Cut the onion, zucchini, carrots, and celery into cubes, and separate the cauliflower into florets.

    Blanch the tomato, peel it, and chop finely as well.
