
Minestrone with turkey
Description
The recipe won't take much time. There are many variations of this soup. It is made from vegetables you have on hand, but tomatoes are essential. It can be made without meat, but I suggest finding out about it. The soup is ready to serve.

Step 1

First, make the meatballs. Grind the fillet in a meat grinder. Then add finely chopped parsley, grated cheese, salt, pepper, and egg to it.

From the ready-made minced meat, form small-sized meatballs. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Then bake the meatballs in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Now prepare the soup. Finely dice the carrots, celery, and onion into small cubes. Then sauté the pieces in heated oil for 13 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end, add the minced garlic.

Grind the tomatoes into a pulp. Then place them in a pot, add the vegetables from the skillet, beans, and broth. Simmer the soup covered over low heat for 25 minutes. Then add salt and pepper. Bring the broth to a boil and add the pasta.

After that, tear the cabbage into small pieces. Add them to the soup.

At the very end, add the oven-baked meatballs to the minestrone, as well as salt and pepper to taste.
