Hearty and aromatic soup. Thick vegetable soup-stew is very popular in Italy. In different regions of this country, it is prepared with various additions. To make the soup thicker, rice or pasta is added, and it is cooked in vegetable or meat broth. Classic "Minestrone" soup is made from vegetables: the more vegetables, the better. In this simple recipe, I will tell you. Ladle into bowls and serve.
