Mimosa (salad with mackerel)
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. For the fish layer, use tuna, sardines, mackerel, sprats, salmon, sockeye salmon, or other types of fish. Layer the salad and spread each layer with mayonnaise. Ingredients don't need to be layered in the exact order specified in the recipe. They can be substituted—for example, replace potatoes with rice. Can be served immediately.
