Moroccan tomato soup
Description
Perfect for lunch. Moroccan tomato soup, as you can gather from this recipe, is very similar to Mexican gazpacho. It turns out quite spicy and even slightly hot, making it ideal for hot summer days and great for quenching thirst. If you're wondering what to make with tomatoes, try this Moroccan tomato soup—you'll surely enjoy it. By the way, dietitians approve of this soup—our neighbor (who actually taught us how to make it) has diabetes, and her doctors recommend preparing this soup often, saying it's very beneficial. I'm not a dietitian, of course, but the ingredients are indeed suitable—both tomatoes and garlic are good for diabetes. Serve with fresh herbs and sour cream.
