Marinated zucchini
Description
The salad is quick and easy to prepare. It's best to use young zucchini without large seeds inside. There's no need to peel them, as the skin is tender. I wouldn't recommend marinating large zucchini, as they don't turn out as tasty. You can add garlic to the marinade. Good luck! The salad is ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Wash the zucchini and cut it into small cubes so it marinates faster.

Step 2

Take a deep plate, pour vinegar and honey into it, add a pinch of salt, and mix well until the honey dissolves. Then add oil and spices, and mix again.

Step 3

The oil will not mix with the vinegar, but the marinade should be as homogeneous as possible.

Step 4

Add the zucchini to the marinade, mix and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator; the small pieces will cook quickly. Enjoy!
