Marinated cabbage with apple cider vinegar
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You'll need finely shredded white cabbage, which quickly pickles, turning out tangy-sweet and very aromatic thanks to the spices. You can add dried dill to the recipe for extra flavor if you like. I used a large sweet pepper, so I'm adding half of it, but if it's medium or small, feel free to add a whole one. The same goes for garlic—two large cloves can be used. Serve at the table.
