Onion soup with red wine
Description
Perfect for lunch. Serve hot, aromatic onion soup with cheese croutons. The alcohol evaporates during boiling, leaving only a hint of wine flavor in the dish. If the wine tastes too sour, you can add a little sugar while cooking the soup. Serve the soup hot.
